Soul Painting asks of us to let go of an imagined goal and discover being at home with ourselves, in the present moment. The transformation that occurs when we touch our creative essence is nothing short of profound. There’s an expansiveness in which the circumstances of our lives are held differently and our world appears in its potential rather than its limitation. No previous artistic background is necessary.
This isn’t about painting a picture. It’s about showing up with curiosity. It’s about meeting the moment, brush in hand, and letting color move through you. No rules. No judgment. No experience needed. Just space to explore. We follow the brush, layer by layer, and let whatever wants to unfold... unfold.
